  2. Research: How will your customers and clients feel about any potential change? What will the likely market impact be on your business? Are the intended changes actually needed?
  3. Strategic thinking: Seeing the bigger picture, but highlighting the smaller impact
  4. Measurement and analysis: Measuring the change, before during and after, to make sure the KPIs have been met.
  5. Leadership: Someone who will guide others, with confidence, reassurance and positive attitude, so they catch the vision and jump onboard with you.

Some may come naturally to you, but others may need to be developed.
